What to Expect
Each session is 60 minutes, virtual or in person at TCJ Fitness in Houston.
We begin by checking in — not just asking how your week was, but actually dropping into your body together. What's present? What does your nervous system need today? That informs everything that follows.
From there we move into the physical work — strength training, mobility, functional movement — built around your body's capacity on that specific day, not a rigid program that ignores what you're actually carrying.
Throughout the session I'm tracking more than your form. I'm watching how you breathe, where you hold, what tightens when things get hard. When something surfaces — and it will — we meet it with curiosity, not force.
We close with intentional grounding so you leave feeling integrated, not depleted.
