The Softening invites your inner performer to finally rest through compassionate journaling and inner child work. Together, we will recognize where you first learned to shape-shift for love and create healing dialogue with the little girl who just wanted to belong. Through gentle inquiry, you'll soften the places that hardened and return to the authenticity that was never actually lost.
