What happens in a session
We work with your body, not just your words.
Most of us have been taught to think our way through hard things. This is different. We slow down, drop into what's happening physically — the tightness, the heaviness, the place where you hold your breath — and we follow that instead.
You don't need to know what to say. You don't need to have it figured out. You just need to show up.
In 60 minutes we will:
Help your nervous system settle so you can actually feel present
Identify what's underneath the loop, the shutdown, or the overwhelm
Work gently with whatever comes up — nothing forced, nothing performed
Give the part of you that's been quiet a chance to finally speak
Close with grounding so you leave feeling more like yourself
